Due to the constant expansion of Two Counties Community Care Limited, we are always interested in recruiting keen and experienced carers for our Daily and Live-in Care teams.

We are currently recruiting :

  • Daily Carers in the Shanklin, Sandown, Ventnor and Newport areas of the Isle of Wight.
  • Daily Carers and Night Sitters/ Night Owls in Essex and South Cambridgeshire.
  • Live in Carers (for various counties)

In addition to recruiting Live-in Carers from the UK, Africa and the EU we are also extremely interested in recruiting from Australia and New Zealand under the Holiday Workmakers Scheme which enables people to have a two year work permit.

 

Live-in Carer

Two Counties Community Care Limited are looking to recruit enthusiastic Live in Carers in the South East, Cambridgeshire, Surrey, Kent, Southampton and the Isle of Wight.

As a Live in Carer you will stay with a service user in their own home and give personal care and support with daily living tasks whilst promoting the service users dignity and independence. In return we will provide you with full training, full management support and weekly pay of between £355.00 and £425.00.

Essential

  • At least 6 months care experience.
  • A calm and caring manner with the ability to provide physical and emotional support.
  • Satisfactory references and enhanced CRB check.

Desirable
  • NVQ in care - though training is available.

Daily Carer

Two Counties Community Care Limited are looking for Daily Carers in the South Cambridgeshire and the Isle of Wight. As a Daily Carer you will visit the service users in their own home for short visits.

Daily Carers for the Isle of Wight

Do you believe that people have the right to remain living as independently as possible in their own homes for as long as they can? If so do you have the skills, flexibility and commitment needed to provide them with the support and care necessary for them to achieve this?

Carer Support Workers for the Isle of Wight

Due to expansion Two Counties Community Care Ltd are currently seeking Carer Support Workers to join our Island Carers Support Service.

We provide an invaluable service to service users and their carers for whom we care for and support on the Isle of Wight via our Carers Support Service. As a Carer providing a service to our service users you will be providing the support that families/ carers themselves so desperately need to enable them to cope with everyday life.

Hourly rates of pay;

In return we will provide you with excellent training to equip you for the demands of the job. We pay £6.50 for any weekday/evening hours and £7.50 for hours worked at a weekend plus four weeks paid annual leave.

Live in Care Co-ordinator

Two Counties Community Care Ltd promotes independence and choice to elderly and disabled clients in their own home. We are currently seeking a motivated Live in Care Co-ordinator based at our attractive offices in Finchingfield, near Braintree. It is essential that you have a background in care, management experience and it would be preferable to have an NVQ or similar qualification in care.

Reporting to the Live in Care Manager, in addition to providing some hands on care you will be responsible for supporting the Live in Care staff. You will ensure quality care is being given to the service users at all times, keep up to date records on relevant information and liaise with service users, colleagues and other professionals. You must have a flexible approach to working hours, be very organised, extremely pro active, possess good communication skills and most importantly you must be a team player.
