Welcome to Two Counties Community Care Ltd.
Two Counties Community Care Ltd has been providing innovative, person centred packages of daily care, palliative care, dementia care and 24 hour live in care since 1994. Never intrusive, but always supportive, our aim is to enable people to remain in the comfort of their own home for as long as they choose to be there.
Registered with the Care Quality Commission and approved by a number of local authorities to provide domiciliary care services, we are passionate about providing quality care to make a positive difference to the lives of our service users, offering them (and their families) peace of mind. Our friendly and professional staff are fully police checked (CRB), security vetted and trained by qualified, in house trainers from one of our own training centres. We are proud to have achieved the Investors in People accolade.
Our head office, together with its accredited training centre, is located in Finchingfield, Essex. We have additional offices in Newbury, Berkshire and in Sandown and Newport on the Isle of Wight. Training centres are also co-located with our offices in Newbury, Berkshire and on the Isle of Wight in Sandown. These training centres support our own carers and provide training to other care organisations and individuals. We understand that local support is very important and for this reason we have Senior Care Managers based in various satellite locations around the UK to enable them to respond rapidly, on a 24 hour basis, to support local services.
No two care packages are ever the same, because no two people are ever the same - choose from our wide ranging menu of services for your care and support needs including personal care, day/night sits, night visits, assistance with medication, 24 hour live in care, gardening, maintenance, shopping, domestic and social activities. Specialist care teams provide compassionate services for end of life care (palliative care) and for dementia care, with care staff sympathetically matched to individual needs.
We have developed our services to meet the government agenda for self directed support, giving people the choice and flexibility to promote their independence. Service users are able to identify the outcomes they wish to achieve from the service purchased, using their allocated personal budget under the self directed support umbrella. Our local managers are always happy to visit you and undertake a free, no obligation assessment of your care needs. We welcome friends or family members to be present during the assessment to make sure we capture what matters most to you, and what you hope to achieve with our support, maximising your choice, independence and quality of life.
For further information regarding palliative care, dementia care, 24 hour live in care or any of the wide range of services that we provide, please contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.
